Online Login Issues?
If you are experiencing online/mobile banking login issues please follow the steps below.
- Click here myUSSFCU Online Banking to access the login screen.
- From the log-in page click "Forgot?" under the username field.
- Enter your username and email on files and a password reset will be sent.
- Don't remember either your username and/or password?
- Click "Try Another Way" at the bottom Account Recovery dialog box. You can access your account with your SSN and Account Number.
Making a Payment?
Business Hours - If you are trying to make a payment login to myUSSFCU Online Banking any time or call Member Services at 800.374.2758, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ET; Wednesdays at 10:00 am.
After Hours - You can also make a payment after regular business hours through TeleAction by calling 800.374.2758 or dialing directly at 202.228.1156.
- Press or say "1" to access TeleAction
- To access our after-hours Shared Branching Call Center press or say "0" then select option "2" after the message

Alternative Options
ACH Loan Payments - Make a direct payment towards your USSFCU loan using funds from another bank account with our ACH Loan Origination service. Learn More
Bank to Bank Transfers - This feature also allows members to easily move funds from accounts members own at another financial institution to their checking and savings and vice-versa, through Online and Mobile Banking. Learn More
Shared Branches - You can also make a payment at another credit union in our Shared Branch Network. Find a Shared Branch near you.
Need to Send a Secure Message/Info?
If you would like to send us a secure message (containing sensitive information i.e. social security number, account number, etc.), please log in to myUSSFCU Online Banking and visit the message center.
Trying to Submit a Travel Notification?
To submit a travel notification, please contact us through secure messaging in myUSSFCU Online Banking or call Member Services at 800.374.2758, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm ET; Wednesdays at 10:00 am.
